The Penn Cove Taproom will host its first Penn Cove Classic Tap Takeover/Fundraiser Saturday, Aug. 13, at the Gallery Golf Course in Oak Harbor.

The tournament will raise money to help Bennett Boyles, 11, and his family as he undergoes treatment for an inoperable brain tumor.

The winner of the tournament will be awarded control over one tap handle at the Penn Cove Taproom for one year. Participants will receive lunch, water, raffle tickets, swag and quality craft beer.

To register, stop by the Taproom or send payment to 2066 Madrona Way, Coupeville, WA 98239.

The cost is $120 for a single, $220 for a double or $400 for a foursome. The registration deadline is Friday, Aug. 5.
