The Wolves are now 2-0 in conference and 3-6 overall.

Coupeville surrendered only one point in the four doubles matches with the Cowboys: 1, John McClarin/Joseph Wedekind won 6-0, 6-0; 2, William Nelson/Joey Lippo won 6-1, 6-0; 3, Jimmy Myers/Grey Rische won 6-0, 6-0; and 4, Aiden Crimmins/Mason Grove won by forfeit.

Jakobi Baumann scored the Wolves’ other point with a 6-3, 7-6(7-3) win in second singles.

Nick Etzell (7-5, 6-2) and Nile Lockwood (6-0, 6-1) fell in first and third singles.

The Wolves host Klahowya (1-1, 2-7) at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30.
