“Just like most races this season, Scott Sebens was in the lead heading down the home stretch. Just like most races, Sebens won. But this wasn’t like most races. When the Wildcats tied Kamiak 1-1 on Tuesday — the same Kamiak team that Oak Harbor defeated 6-0 earlier in the season — it was apparent his team wasn’t finding the flow as it did just a couple weeks ago. “The Oak Harbor Wildcats have been waiting all year to put together a complete game, and they did that Friday at Memorial Stadium by blowing away Marysville-Pilchuck 49-7.”
The Wildcats got back on the winning track with a 26-24 win at Shoreline Stadium on Friday.
