Paced by medalist Nick Krantz, the Oak Harbor High School boys golf team won a four-school non-league match Tuesday, April 9, at the Whidbey Golf Club.

Krantz shot a four-over 56 in the 13-hole event, four strokes better than Meadowdale’s Nate King.

That helped the Wildcats finish with 331 strokes. Meadowdale shot 355 and Marysville Getchell 443. Stanwood did not qualify for a team score.

Oak Harbor’s Nate Thompson and Cole Valdez tied for the third-best individual score at 66. Aidan Wyer tallied 71, Haven Brown 72 and Wyatt Bright 75.
