Kraken pair claim 1st / Youth wrestling

Oak Harbor Wrestling Club’s Jordan Wilson and Keyllen Carl finished in first place in their first wrestling tournament last weekend at the Yellowjacket Novice Challenge in Burlington.

Logan Robbins and Noah Savin, also wrestling in their first tournament, placed second.

Nora Grace Otterbeck and Daniel Lee nabbed second as well for the Kraken.

Jedidiah Dailey, Parker Bennett and Nathaniel Acree collected their first wins of the season.

“As a first-year club, we continue to show with good numbers of wrestlers and show incredible improvement from one week to the next,” Club President Peter Esvelt said.
