The Islanders U-17 boys soccer team fell 4-1 at Bellevue Sunday, Sept. 14.

“The score line read 4-1, but the play did not reflect the outcome,” coach Curtis Vieke said. “We created so many chances, just lacked the last bit of finishing to see it through.

“The game got a bit chippy near the end, but we maintained our composure and finished strong.”

The Islanders play at 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at Fort Nugent Park.
