Former Wildcats meet in college volleyball match / Alumni update

Three former Oak Harbor High School volleyball teammates squared off in a community college match last week where host Edmonds defeated Whatcom 3-0 (25-17, 25-13, 25-14).

Wildcat grad Ceirra Dean played for the winning Tritons (28-12, 10-3) and recorded three digs and an assist.

Samantha Hines and Hailee Blau competed for Whatcom (20-9, 11-2), with Hines collecting seven digs and an ace and Blau registering 14 kills, four digs and three blocks.
