Eagles add Wildcats to their victims list / Volleyball

After going unbeaten in its first 10 matches, the Oak Harbor High School volleyball team dropped its second straight Thursday, Oct. 24, when league-leading Arlington topped the visiting Wildcats 3-0.

The fourth-ranked Eagles lifted their record to 12-0 with the 25-15, 25-19, 25-20 win.

Oak Harbor, which could have moved into a tie for first place with a victory, was led by Payton Parks with four kills and three aces and Jasmine Ford with three kills and six blocks.

After playing the first-place team last night, the Wildcats (10-2) will look to rebound when they host last-place Marysville Getchell (1-10) at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in the final regular season home match.
