A two-day boating course that qualifies graduates for the Washington state boaters education card will be offered by the Deception Pass Sail and Power Squadron from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays, March 18 and 25.

The class, “America’s Boating Course,” will take place at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 555 SE Regatta Drive, in Oak Harbor.

The cost is $50 and $20 additional for a spouse or partner sharing course materials.

A light lunch will be provided both days.
