I was reading with excitement the news that Oak Harbor has been chosen as a Washington State Main Street Community.

I was reading with excitement the news that Oak Harbor has been chosen as a Washington State Main Street Community.

Then I was stopped short at the sentence, “The hair and nails salons, tattoo parlors and churches that now proliferate need to be thinned out, all according to a plan formulated by the association.”
