It is 1 a.m. on June 8 and the growlers are still flying laps near Penn Cove.

When in history has the military “not” taken advantage of its local surroundings, to the extent of the not caring about the people who live here?

Never.

They push the envolope because they can and they will outlast any panel or citizen group.

When the military starts to become this invasive and not have any concern for privacy, this isn’t a free, caring country.
