Vernon “Vern” Fowler passed away at his home Saturday, July 16, 2016.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 21, at Burley Funeral Chapel. Burial at Sunnyside Cemetery will follow the service.

The family suggests memorial donations to Whidbey Health Hospice. A full obituary will follow.
