Terry Sue (Blais) Gac

Terry Sue (Blais) Gac, a housewife, formerly of Oak Harbor, died of cancer Aug. 24, 2003, at Peace Hospice in Great Falls, Mont. Her memorial service was held Aug. 28, 2003, at First English Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Jesse Games Gac of Great Falls, Mont.; daughters Tami McCarthy of Great Falls and Tina Grismer of Ulm; son Jeffery Gac of Oak Harbor; sisters Sandy Blais of Great Falls, Debbie White of Pompton Lakes, N.J., and Barbara Healy and Janice Porter, both of Las Vegas, and Nancy Hoskinson of Lewiston; brothers Jery Tohosky of Pompton Lakes, N.J., and Donny Davisson of Las Vegas. Eleven grandchildren also survive: Stephen, Kayla, Terah, Amanda, Brianna, Nathan, Christian, Timothy, Elizabeth, Olivia and Ann. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lavey Marie Grismer.

Terry was born Aug. 12, 1948, in Torrance, Calif. She was raised and educated in Great Falls, Mont. She married Jesse Gac May 31, 1965, in Pompton Lakes, N.J.

She operated a home daycare center for 28 years and Tattletales Day Care in Oak Harbor for more than 14 years.

Terry was a great wife, mother and grandmother, and her greatest joy was taking care of her family and caring for children. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
