Stuart M. Corey

Stuart M. Corey, 72, went to be with his Lord on March 26, 2006. Stuart retired from the U.S. Navy as a Captain. He owned and operated Corey Oil stations on Whidbey Island for the past 28 years. In 1978, he created Island Ministries to assist churches and pastors and served in many churches throughout the Northwest as a guest pastor and lecturer.
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, April 8, at 2 p.m. at the First Reformed Church, Oak Harbor. A complete obituary will be published in the Saturday, April 1, edition of the Whidbey News-Times.
