Sharon Ruth Abrahamse Patrocinio, 45, was born Aug. 20, 1957, in Coupeville to David and Barbara Holmes Abrahamse. She died May 28, 2003.

She grew up in Tonasket and graduated from Tonasket High School in 1975. She completed a course at Drezden Modeling School and attended Dan’s Barber College in Spokane.

She emigrated to Canada in 1978 and married Antonio Patrocinio Nov. 11, 1978, in Osoyoos, British Columbia. They lived there and she raised two daughters.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Abrahamse, and grandparents Warren and Edith Holmes and William and Gladys Abrahamse.

She is survived by her daughters, Lacey and Ashley Patrocinio of Osoyoos, B.C.; mother Barbara Abrahamse of Tonasket; brothers William Abrahamse of Spokane and Jeffrey Abrahamse of Oak Harbor and sister Gayle Nelson of Mary Esther, Fla.

Services in memory of Sharon Abrahamse Patrocinio will be held at Ellisforde Church of the Brethren, Tonasket, on Saturday, June 7 at 1 p.m
