Rosario, age 92, passed away peacefully at home in Oak Harbor, Wash., on Sunday afternoon April 14, 2019. She was born in Santa Cruz, Zambales, Philippines, on Sept. 25, 1926.

A visitation will take place from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Wallin Funeral Home, Oak Harbor.

A funeral mass on Friday, April 26, 2019 will start at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Catholic Church with a reception to follow.

Rosario will be placed at rest next to her husband in the Philippines later this year.
