Robert C. Franzen, 82, of Chelan, died March 18, 2006 after a brief illness.

He was born August 18, 1923 in Coupeville where he lived and built custom homes until moving to Chelan in 1979 and buying an apple orchard. He was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, AnnMary; two sons, Mark and Scott; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and sisters, Vivian and Betty. He was preceded in death by brother Daryl, sister Neva and one grandson.

At Bob’s request there will be no service. Arrangements under the direction of Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
