Richard “Mike” Michael McGruder, of Oak Harbor, Wash., born Jan. 20, 1949, in Denver, Colo., passed away Dec. 18, 2019, in Everett, Wash.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Dolores; their daughter, Melinda; and granddaughters Breanna and Randi (Michael).
