Richard ‘Dick’ Tuller: March 2, 1942-Sept. 25, 2017

Richard “Dick” Leroy Tuller passed away at the Life Care Center in Sedro-Woolley on Sept. 25, 2017.

Dick was born March 2, 1942, in Anacortes. His parents were the late Charles M. Tuller II and Helen Dolph Reinstra.

Dick was an auto mechanic for years in Oregon and Washington. He worked for Oak Harbor Garage (Motors). He later opened up his own mechanics shop, Tullers Automotive, in Oak Harbor.

After he closed shop, he went to work for Suda trucking as a truck driver. Dick loved cars, boats, racing, his dog Lady and much more.

Dick is survived by his two brothers Roger (Judy) Reinstra and Butch (Kathy) Reinstra; three sisters Patty (Harry) Keller, Mare Melanson and Peggy Olcott; and his step-daughter Denise Scolfield. Also numerous nieces, nephews, great- and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was a good man and he helped others without asking for anything in return. He is loved and missed. The family will have a private celebration of his life on Oct. 28, 2017, at City Beach in Oak Harbor.
