Rhonda S. Armstrong was born to Dixon and Joyce (Balda) Rapp in Indianhead Md., on October 15, 1957 and she entered into rest on January 3, 2007, in Burlington Washington at the age of 49 years.

She was also a past resident of Anacortes and Whidbey Island. Private family services are planned. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Affordable Burial & Cremation Services, LLC. Cards of condolence may be mailed to her family in care of the Funeral Home.
