Marie J. (Bushaw) Sawyer, 90, of Anacortes, passed away Feb. 15, 2006 in Kent.

Born March 25, 1915 in Anacortes, she married Theodore (Ted) Bushaw June 12, 1937 and Ed Sawyer on Dec. 30, 1968. Marie was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, reading and recreational traveling.

She is survived by her son John (Nancy) T. Bushaw of Stanwood; daughter Barbara (Robert) M. Storm of Kent; sister Olga Moen of Anacortes; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Marie is preceded in death by her husbands Theodore and Ed and sister Orna Heller.

Graveside service is Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at Fern Hill Cemetery in Anacortes. Memorial Service will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Kent Lutheran Church in Kent.
