Lorena Schall, 70, a resident of Winsted, Minn., since December when she moved from Oak Harbor, passed away May 20, 2010, at her son’s residence.

She was born on May 1, 1940, in Mount Sterling, Ky., the daughter of Early and Bertha Joseph Walters.

On Jan. 12, 1962, Lorena Walters and Jeffery L. Schall were joined in holy marriage in North Judson, Ind. God blessed their marriage with three children.

She was formerly employed at Oscar Mayer as a meat processor. She also did housecleaning.

Lorena was and is a strong believer in the Apostolic faith.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffery L. Schall; children, Terry (Jean M.) Schall and Tammie (Gary) Bray of Warrenton, Mo., Jeffery L. (Sondra) Schall of Winsted; four grandchildren, April (Roy) Elder, Deric Bennett, Zachary Schall and Christopher Schall; two great-grandchildren, Jocelyn and Alana; sisters and a brother, Ela of Florida, Irene Minix and Kenny (Barb) Walters, all of North Carolina; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Sylvia (Ski) Galusky of Ocean Springs, Miss., Mike (Mary) Schall of Indiana; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Early and Bertha Walters, a sister Oma and by a brother, Dennis Walters.

A Memorial Service was held May 24 at her son Jeff’s residence in Winsted.
