Lois Weibly, 76, passed away March 17, 2006 in Oak Harbor. Lois was born Jan. 7, 1930 in Geneva, Alabama, to Tom and Dessie Lee Hicks. Lois had been a resident of Oak Harbor since 1977.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Emmet; two daughters, Anita (Ron) Foster of Oak Harbor and Sylvia (Ed) Heinold of Lecanto, Fla.; four grandchildren, Jeff Hertlein, Kym Randolph, Kevin Foster and Cheryl Foster; and three great-grandchildren, Alyssa Randolph, Amber Hertlein and Meagan Hertlein. Lois was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Alpha-Omega Burial and Cremation Services, Mount Vernon.
