Lisa Denise Morgan, 48, of Avon Park, Fla., passed away Jan. 20, 2010 at the Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral Fla.

Lisa was born in January 1962 in El Centro Calif. She graduated from LHS in Ludington, Mich., in 1980.

Lisa served in the U.S. Navy. She lived and worked in many states. She also worked for many years in an oncologist office. Lisa loved animals and enjoyed the outdoors. She was a born comic and could keep family and friends laughing for hours.

Lisa is survived by a daughter, Annabelle Morgan of Kansas City, Mo.; her mother, Delores Hickle of Avon Park, Fla.; father and step-mother, Red and Victoria Hickle of Cape Coral, Fla.; sisters Laura (Hickle) Urka of Avon Park, Fla., and formally of Ludington Mich., and Dawnette (Hickle) Flory of Oak Harbor; special friend Jerrie Sue Davis of Crossville, Tenn.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lisa was preceded in death by son Clayton Paul.

Lisa will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped into the next room.

Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight.

I am waiting for you somewhere very near.
