Kimberley Jill Manning

Kimberley Jill Manning, 46, of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly May 18, 2008, at her home.

She was born Oct. 4, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Betty Rhea Byrd and Clyde Ray Ridings. She attended schools in Apple Valley, Calif., and later received her GED. She had lived in Colorado and California prior to coming to Pocatello about 25 years ago. In 1986 she married Mitch Baker, in American Falls, Idaho. They later divorced. On July 4, 1999 she married David L. Manning in Pocatello. She liked arts and crafts and was an avid race car fan. She also liked to collect nicknacks. She greatly enjoyed her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include: her mother, Betty Rhea Ridings, Pocatello; husband, David L. Manning, Boise; two sons, Matthew Erin Baker and Timothy Kyle Frank, both of Pocatello; a daughter, Ashley Rhea (Justin) Lawrence, Kaysville, Utah; three brothers, Steven Ray Ridings, Oak Harbor, Michael Roddy Ridings, Puyallup, and James Drew Ridings, Pocatello; and three grandchildren, Destini Rhea Dial, Levi Ray-Jay Lawrence and Shealynn Rhea Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Ray Ridings, and two brothers, Bruce David Ridings and Timothy Keith Ridings.

Memorial funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 27, at 1 p.m. at the Gate City Christian Church in Chubbuck with Pastor John Robinson, officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to services at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel in behalf of Kimberley J. Manning.
