Kay was born in Phila-delphia, Pa., on May 6, 1929.

She married Ray Meadors in 1946 and moved to Coupeville, Wash. They had four daughters, Sharon Purvis, Karen Davidson, Mary Jean Young and Kathy Blouin.

Kay passed away on July 20, 2019, at Home Place in Oak Harbor, Wash.

Kay was blessed with seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
