Joyce “Joy” Vaccaro passed away at home on Oct. 12. She was 73. She was born Sept. 5, 1942, in Oak Harbor, to William and Minnie Dauman.

Joy graduated from Oak Harbor High School on June 1, 1960, and married Albert on June 2, 1960. She is survived by her husband, Penny Curtis and Barry Vaccaro.
