Longtime resident and hardware guru Jim Neil died Saturday, Nov. 1 at the age of 71. A memorial service for him will be held at Burley Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m., followed by a reception. There will be a family graveside service at 11 a.m. that day at Maple Leaf Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the Oak Harbor Christian School.
