J. Thomas “Tom” Coupe, 82, longtime Greenbank, Wash., resident, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at his home following a lengthy illness.

Plans are being made for a graveside service at Sunnyside Cemetery, and a full and complete obituary will appear at a later date. Arrangements are with the assistance of Whidbey Memorial Funeral Home.
