Hubert L. Morgan, 82, longtime resident of Oak Harbor, died at home on Jan. 8, 2003, following a lengthy illness.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Jan. 18 at Oak Harbor First United Methodist Church, Pastor David Lura officiating. Memorials may be made to Skagit Hospice, c/o Affiliated Services, 1971 SR 20, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284, or to First United Methodist Church, 1050 S.E. Ireland St., Oak Harbor, WA 98277.
