Esther L. Jordan, loving mother and grandmother, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 26, 2005. She was born in Hebren, Neb. on May 27, 1919 to Joseph B. Samuel and Fredia Othling Samuel.

Esther married Floyd M. Jordan May 14, 1945 in Elko, Nev. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother Billy B. Samuel, daughter Debra Jo (wife of Larry Ward) and granddaughter Kimberly R. Dunn.

Esther is survived by daughter Mary L. Dunn and husband Clint of Dayton, Idaho and two sons, David L. Jordan and Randy A. Jordan, both of Oak Harbor. Seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also survive.

Cremation was held with private inurnment to follow in Idaho. Arrangements were entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel, Oak Harbor.
