David “Dave” Hall passed away at home at the age of 89. He was surrounded by family.
Dave was born in Fresno, Calif., where he and his wife Alberta raised three children. He spent 25 years as a firefighter with the Fresno Fire Department, until his retirement in 1987, and 26 years in Courier Operations with the Bank of America.
Dave was also a veteran of the U.S. Army. In 2001. Dave and Alberta moved from Fresno to Whidbey Island, Wash., taking full advantage of the beautiful Pacific Northwest by making many new memories.
Dave’s generous, loving spirit and incredible sense of humor will be missed every day that we live on this earth without him.
Dave is survived by his son Jeff Hall and daughter Kelly Limata along with their families, including four grandchildren and extended family.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Alberta Hall, and son Greg Hall.
