Daniel Richard Williamson: March 15, 1946 – Dec. 9, 2018

Daniel Richard Williamson of Seattle/Whidbey Island and a winter visitor to Leisure World, Mesa, Ariz., passed away Dec. 9, 2018.

He was born March 15, 1946 in Seattle to William Gilbert and Betty (Ferrell) Williamson.

Daniel was a very social person and enjoyed talking with people.

He also enjoyed traveling, listening to music and in his younger years, fishing.

He was very spiritual, and studied various different religions.

Daniel earned his bachelor degree in international business in 1967 at the University of Washington.

On Aug. 26, 1967, Daniel was married to the love of his life, Nancy Gail Anshutz, and the two built their life together.

In 1995, he started his own business, Williamson & Associates, a manufacturers’ representative company, which he operated until his retirement.

Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Nancy Williamson; his brother-in-law, Kymm (Lisa) Boire and their two children, Christine (Travis) Halterman and their two children Jameson and Virginia, and John (Amber) Boire; his sister-in-law, Janine Boire and her daughter, Callay Boire.

He will be dearly missed.
