Conception Q. Charfauros, 90, of Shoreline, passed away April 13, 2005. She was born in Agana, Guam, on Oct. 11, 1914. She was raised on Guam and lived there until 1976, when she and her husband Francisco moved to Oak Harbor. She very much enjoyed her family and was especially known among her friends for her skill as a seamstress. She enjoyed gardening and growing roses.
Concepcion is survived by her son Jesus and wife Victoria; two daughters, Mae and husband Al Terlaje, and Lola and husband Jack Kelly; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Francisco in 1992.
A visitation is scheduled at Beck’s Funeral Home, 405 – 5th Ave. S, Edmonds, (425) 771-1234 Monday, April 18, from 3 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass is at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6511 – 176th St. SW in Lynnwood. There is a private interment at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery in Shoreline. Memorials may go to the Alzheimer’s Association, 12721 – 30th Avenue NE, #101, Seattle, WA 98125.
