Charles J. Johnson, age 81, of Oak Harbor, passed away on Friday, April12, 2013, at Regency on Whidbey Harbor Care.

He is survived by his wife Pat; three daughters; two grandchildren and one brother. He was preceded in death by a son, a grandson and a sister.
