Services for Charles E. Williams, who passed away July 31, 2010, in Oak Harbor, will be held Saturday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m. at St. Augustine’s In-the-Woods Episcopal Church, 5217 Honeymoon Bay Road, Freeland.

A brief inurnment ceremony, with military honors, will follow at 6 p.m. at Mount Vernon Cemetery, 1200 E Fir St, Mount Vernon. Arrangements are by Kern Funeral Home.
