Services for Catherine “Katie” Agnes Kiefer, 89, will be held Saturday, Aug. 29.

Funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. at St. Augistine Catholic Church, 185 N. Oak Harbor St., Oak Harbor, Wash.

A memorial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Oak Harbor Elks Lodge, 155 N.E. Ernst St.
