Carol Jean (Peden) Brower was born July 25, 1949, and died Oct. 18, 2004.

Loved by all family and adopted kids and friends worldwide. Known as cuddles_50 on yahoo messenger, Brower died after a long disability and illness. She requested that instead of flower donations, no matter how small, be given or sent to North Whidbey Help House, 1091 SE Hathaway, Oak Harbor, WA 98277, or call 675-0681. She will be missed by all who knew her.
