Carl Barco

Carl Michael Barco, 50, 29-year resident of Oak Harbor, died suddenly March 10, 2003, at Providence Hospital, Colby Campus, in Everett.

Mr. Barco was born April 4, 1952 in Philadelphia to Eugene Barco and Adeline (Fergone) Barco. Carl was an employee of Verizon (GTE) for the past 26 years. He worked in the Oak Harbor office for a number of years and was most recently working out of the general office in Everett.

Carl was a fun-loving man who was adored by everyone who knew him. He was known best for his love of old Corvettes and could often be seen driving around in his pale yellow 1967 convertible on sunny days. This world is a better place for having him in it and he will be sorely missed.
