Betty Utt

Elizabeth Marie “Betty” (Fardy) Utt, the daughter of Earl and Leona (Friday) Fardy, was born July 21, 1946, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Betty made her home in Oak Harbor, Wash., for many years before moving to Fort Dodge because of illness.

Betty passed away Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at Fort Dodge Villa Care at the age of 68 years. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brothers, George and Tom, and sisters, Earlita and Marilyn.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
