The National Weather Service on Thursday morning issued a high-wind warning for Oak Harbor as well as Anacortes, Everett and the Admiralty Inlet areas.

Winds from the southeast will blow at 20-30 mph, with local gusts up to 45 mph, developing late Thursday night. The advisory is in effect through 10 p.m. Thursday. As of Thursday morning, Puget Power was reporting eight customers without power in Greenbank and three in Freeland.
