It is such a shame to travel around the community and see evidence of the work of some who have yet to develop some decency and common sense.

Evidence of these slow developers can be seen by some of their senseless acts. Garbage thrown out of their cars, committing acts of vandalism such as smashing mailboxes, writing graffiti in on public and private property, even destroying abandoned cars.

Hopefully there still may be hope for these thoughtless souls, and with enough time spent observing normal people’s conduct they will develop into useful members of society. If not, they might wind up getting free room and board in confinement at taxpayer expense.
