Editor,

The Coupeville High School Senior Parents and Class of 2015 would like to send out a great big thank-you to all who made this year’s running of Race the Reserve Whidbey Island a success.

I would like to give a big shoutout to all our sponsors and supporters: Auld Holland Inn, WhidbeyPanoramas.com, Rosenkranz Productions, Inc. Prairie Center Red Apple Market, North End Fitness, Windermere-Coupeville, Coupeville Foot & Ankle Clinic, Whidberry Frozen Yogurt, Harada Physical Therapy, Brett’s Bread, King Water, Wright Construction & Design Inc., Cascade Insurance Agency LLC, Prairie Perks, Whidbey Sun & Wind, Cascade Custom Homes & Design Inc., Friends of Ebey, Whidbey General EMS, past race directors Aimee Bishop and Deborah Savalza, and all the volunteers who ventured out early Saturday morning.

We would also like to thank the town of Coupeville. Without our beautiful town and its breathtaking scenery, this run would not be what it is today — a success.

The support the Coupeville residents give to their local high school is amazing. They embrace and support all events, activities, plays, parades, etc.

All graduates walk away knowing they went to a school within a community that cared and wants the best for each and every one of them. Hope to see you again next year.

Elizabeth Bitting
