As the new operators of PW Murphy’s, this is not the way that we wanted to introduce ourselves to the community.

We came to Oak Harbor with such excitement for the opportunity to open a fun-filled restaurant and sports bar. To join the business community in Oak Harbor was important to us more so to be part of such a beautiful city.

We were fortunate enough to have acquired PW Murphy’s. With such negative reaction from the “controversial” show of the female revue “Strippers” we felt our duty to clear the air is a must. There will not be a show on Sept. 14 as well as in the future.

We appreciate all the constructive feedback we have received from all individuals and we are looking forward to more feedback in the future to let us know how we may create a fun and enjoyable place to keep coming back to. We would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt apology to any organization or individual whom we may have offended as this was not our intention.

Our wish for PW Murphy’s is to continue to offer great service, great food and a great atmosphere. We would like to extend an invitation for you to come and enjoy our Free Texas Holdem Poker tournaments every Sunday and Tuesday and our comedy shows that are held on Thursdays. We are busy working on a new menu, a future banquet facility and off site catering. A full service location to serve your needs.

Our hope is for you to forgive the misunderstanding and join us for an enjoyable experience in our establishment.
