Soroptimists install officers for 2019-20

Soroptimist International of Coupeville recently installed its 2019-20.

The officers were sworn in by Kathy Jones, Soroptimist Oak Harbor past president, and Veronica Purin, Soroptimist Oak Harbor president-elect. The group also named Sue Blouin as Business Woman of the Year and Rita Bartell Drum as Woman of Distinction.
