At 12:16 p.m., a Dock Street resident reported that a dead seagull was in her driveway.

At 4:37 p.m., a caller reported that a disorderly woman on Southeast Ninth Avenue was waving her arms and ran up to a vehicle and banged on the window.

Tuesday, July 21

At 6:13 p.m., a caller reported that a woman told the caller to “go ahead and call CPS” and then proceeded to smack her young child.

At 7:26 p.m., a caller reported that a person wearing a trench coat had a pistol on Erie Street.

Friday, July 24

At 3:28 p.m., a Northwest Second Avenue resident was upset that rats were coming from a neighbor’s yard.

Saturday, July 25

At 3:28 a.m., a man reported that he was sleeping in his car with dogs on Southwest Erie Street. He said he let his dogs out and noticed that the car next to him had cats in it. He said he was concerned about the cats.

At 2:02 p.m., a Northwest Cathlamet Drive resident reported that a suspicious man was sitting outside the residence. The caller asked the man what he was doing and the man replied, “Reading the news.”

At 7:52 p.m., an Almond Loop resident reported seeing someone crawl through her neighbor’s window.
