Wednesday, Aug. 10
At 3:11 p.m., a caller reported that a wiener dog was obstructing traffic on Fort Nugent Avenue.
At 3:26 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported that a wiener dog was missing.
At 4:37 p.m., a woman reported finding a suitcase in the community garden on Bayshore Drive.
Thursday, Aug. 11
At 10:42 a.m., a Goldie Street resident said a neighbor was bitten by a pit bull.
Friday, Aug. 12
At 3:10 a.m., a Southwest Harrier Circle resident reported that houseguests are laughing and staying up late. The resident called back 40 minutes later to report they were still laughing.
At 7:33 a.m., a employee of a State Highway 20 business said customers were complaining about transients sleeping near the Dumpster.
At 1:42 p.m., a caller reported that a backpack was stolen from a church on Ireland Street.
At 2:39 p.m., there was a report that Pig Fest signs were stolen.
At 3:48 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street man asked for an officer to call his wife and settle an argument over whether it’s legal to look into someone’s windows.
At 5:14 p.m., a Northeast Tenth Avenue resident said a burglar came in through the bathroom window.
Saturday, Aug. 13
At 8:50 a.m., a caller at a Highway 20 business reported that a man was sleeping in the cardboard bin.
At 11:59 a.m., an Izett Street resident said that a skateboard and cooler were stolen off the back porch.
At 12 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man with something wrapped around his hands keeps wandering into traffic on Barrington Drive.
At 1:58 p.m., a caller at a business on the highway reported that a customer who claimed he was in a biker gang was throwing a fit and revving his bike.
At 3:45 p.m., a Barrington Drive resident reported that someone was using “Mars-military awareness response system.”
At 9:25 p.m., a caller reported a possible domestic abuse case between two people on bicycles on Midway Boulevard. The woman said she was pregnant and the man “implied” he was going to assault her.
Sunday, Aug. 14
At 10:44 a.m., a driver reported that a manhole cover was missing in a parking lot along the highway.
At 5:05 p.m., a caller said a man in trees by the swimming lagoon was “lurking around” and watching children.
At 5:19 p.m., a man reported finding a crab pot in the middle of the highway.
Thursday, Aug. 18
At 12:02 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 business said a stray mink or ferret was wandering in the store.
Friday, Aug. 19
At 4:49 a.m., a caller reported that a transient man was sleeping on a sidewalk on Bayshore Drive.
At 3:27 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless person was setting up camp on Barlow Street.
At 7:09 p.m., a Southeast Ninth Avenue resident reported that someone put glitter all over a vehicle.
Saturday, Aug. 20
At 12:50 a.m., a caller at a Pioneer Way bar said someone threatened the bartender.
At 3:54 a.m., a woman at Falls Creek Loop reported a man sexually assaulted her.
At 4:10 a.m., a Southeast Midway Boulevard resident reported that a prowler was outside with a flashlight.
At 6:27 a.m., a caller said that a woman was sleeping on the ground near Walmart.
At 10:14 p.m., a caller reported hearing noises from inside a Dumpster on Barrington Drive.
At 11:36 p.m., a jogger reported finding a syringe filled with blood near the highway.
Sunday, Aug. 21
At 12:59 a.m., a caller reported two men fighting in the Walmart parking lot.
At 2:43 a.m., there was a report that someone broke a truck window on Northwest Seventh Avenue.
At 8:17 a.m., a caller reported that a subject pointed a gun at people on Beeksma Drive.
At 11:47 a.m., a caller said that money and a laptop were stolen from a Southeast Ireland Street location.
Monday, Aug. 22
At 12:04 a.m., a woman reported that a man armed with a gun was following her on the highway.
Thursday, Aug. 25
At 10:44 a.m., a caller reported that a man tried to take the TV and is not sharpening a knife or sword.
At 11:12 a.m., there was a report that a man on Barlow Street was yelling and exposing himself.
At 4:52 p.m., a man reported someone pulled a gun on him at a Highway 20 location.
At 6:33 p.m., a caller reported that a man was ripping a car apart and a woman was crying on Southwest Harbor Vista Circle.
Friday, Sept. 2
At 8:39 a.m., a caller reported that an injured seagull was reported on Erie Street.
At 10 a.m., there was a report of a boat drifting in the bay.
At 10:53 a.m., a Barrington Drive resident reported that a man is using the “EMS system” to broadcast personal information over the air.
At 3:39 p.m., a man reported that someone poured sugar in his daughter’s vehicle on Oak Harbor Road.
At 4:15 a.m., a man reported that a transient man was yelling at people on Barlow Street.
At 7:52 p.m., a caller reported that two people were spraying graffiti on South Oak Harbor Street.

At 1:34 p.m., a caller reported that a woman in a Highway 20 store was talking loudly to herself and causing a disturbance.
