At 7:19 a.m., a caller reported that a boat with blue stripes sank while tied to a dock and gas was seen in the water.

At 11:03 a.m., resident repeated that a man was walking with his pants around his knees on Southeast Barrington Drive.

At 11:09 a.m., a caller on Dike Road reported that the water started bubbling and then rocks and water shot into the air.
