Given the sheer enormity of the problems faced by PSE as a result of our recent great storm – and given, too, their tireless response to correcting those problems – I found your “PSE keeps us in the dark” editorial to be, well, whiny at best and downright insensitive at worst. What really did you expect them to be able to say in response to your calls for information when they were stretched to their very limits by overwhelming numbers of outages? My hat’s off to their herculean efforts to restore our lost power as quickly as they did.
