Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Peterschmidt and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas McVey of Oak Harbor are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Chloe Ann Peterschmidt and Joshua Wade McVey.A January 2017 wedding is planned. Chloe is a recent graduate of the University of Washington where she studied molecular and cellular biology and marine biology.Joshua will graduate from University of Colorado, Boulder with an architectural engineering degree and commission as officer in the United States Navy in December 2016.
